Prescription items issued by your GP or Specialist
GP or Specialist consultations are covered under their relative benefits however pharmaceutical prescription items issued by these providers will be covered under the Prescription benefit.
Alternative products issued by your GP or Specialist will be covered under the Alternative benefit.
Please make sure that there is a full description on your tax invoice/receipt stating the name of the product/s and that there is also the name of your GP or Specialist noted on this documentation along with your details.
